What currency are the prices on the site?
All prices are displayed in GBP by default. However, you can switch to other currencies as needed.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 days for processing before your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • 1-5 working days within the UK
  • 3-9 working days within the EU
  • 3-12 working days to the USA, AU, and Asia

Please note these are estimated delivery times; actual delivery may vary.

Tracking numbers will be provided 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us at info@oceanboutiqueshop.com.

I am not in love with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that are defective or damaged. You have 14 days to return the item for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number with the returned parcel.
Please note: If your package is already in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive before returning it for a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty as long as it has not yet been shipped. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy return system to receive a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If you have entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with the correct details. If notified within 24 hours, we can update the address. Unfortunately, after 24 hours, we cannot guarantee the change, and no refund will be issued for incorrect address submissions.
