Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. While these fees are the buyer’s responsibility, we at Ocean Boutique Shop do our best to minimize these charges, and in most cases, they won’t apply. However, as we cannot guarantee this, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for further information.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order and view the estimated delivery date. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 48–72 hours after placing your order, please contact us by email and we will provide it.

Once your order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information. Delivery usually takes 3–9 business days.

If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please email us so we can help locate the parcel. In some cases, packages may be redirected to a local post office or collection point, and we will guide you on how to collect them.

If you do not contact us within 14 days from the shipping date regarding a missing parcel, we cannot take responsibility for the delivery.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing or postal service delays. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please notify us and we will work with the carrier to locate it. In rare cases where the package cannot be found, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Ocean Boutique Shop is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you spot an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can correct the details before processing your order.

Order Cancellations & Changes
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has entered the processing stage, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Shipping Policy for Failed Pickups
If a package isn’t picked up in time, we will send a replacement free of charge, though the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost for the replacement. Refunds are not available in these situations.
