Returns and Exchanges

At Ocean Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your items are confirmed as delivered. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return

  • Please contact us at sales@oceanboutiqueshop.com with your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return. We will provide the correct return address.

Partial Refunds (if applicable) Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@oceanboutiqueshop.com.

Sale Items Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@oceanboutiqueshop.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying your return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For returns on items consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
