Refund Policy

At Ocean Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.


EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the last item in your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. via our withdrawal button on the store, or by email to sales@oceanboutiqueshop.com). You may use the withdrawal button available on our store for this purpose.

Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.


General Returns (All Customers)

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your items are confirmed as delivered. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange (except where required by law).

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company — posting times can vary.
  • Contact your bank.
  • If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, email us at sales@oceanboutiqueshop.com.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email sales@oceanboutiqueshop.com to arrange an exchange for the same product.


Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a full refund. If the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.
